Coach Herbert

We live in a world where the masses are so consumed by the life of mediocrity that they have lowered their expectations and belief in themselves. Don’t let other people’s standards, beliefs, and limits become your own. If the people around you do not want to step up their game then they have to go. Never lower your standards for those who don’t want to raise theirs. Set your standards sky high and aim for the top. Stop wasting time with people who have no ambition, no goals, no plans, no drive, no determination, and take no action. The people who you spend the most time with you will become like them. If the people around you are not serious about developing themselves and growing then stop wasting your time with them.

People who are serious about success are growing on a daily basis and they take action. Some people just love the bottom, these types of people don’t want to move from the low-level life they are in, they have given up and will most likely live the mediocre life forever. Cut these people out of your life slowly because they will hold you back from becoming the best that you can be. At the end of the day, it will be your fault if you do not reach your full potential and do all that you are able to do. You are in charge of your time and life, so use your time in a productive manner, and go after big goals, the rewards and impact will be greater. Do not expect to do epic work with basic people.

The people who are around you should elevate your thinking, habits, character, mindset, and actions to a new level. These people should bring out the best in you and hold you to a higher standard so that you can achieve greatness.

Too many people are content with mediocrity, they have a lack of ambition and they do not take action on their dreams because they have become intimidated by the world and have chosen to just settle for the life that they have stumbled into, as it is easier to be a slave in someone else’s dream rather than chase your own dreams. Believe in yourself and don’t be swayed into mediocrity by the crowd who do not know much about success but are experts on being average, the only opinion that matters is your own. Believe in yourself with confidence that you have within you the potential to achieve anything that you set your mind to.

You can achieve anything that you are willing to work for. There are no limits to what you can truly achieve if you make the sacrifices and have self-control. Focus on those key tasks that will move your life in the right direction and stop engaging in those things that add no value to your life. Your time is a limited resource that must be used productively to yield optimal returns. You will only harvest what you plant. You shall reap what you sow. if you do not reap success, it is because you did not do the work. Don’t make lies up about why you are not where you want to be, you’re not doing what champions are doing most probably, if you want to live like a winner, you must start acting like a winner.

High achievers are those individuals who are driven to succeed and they will do whatever it takes to get them to the top. Get up and chase your dreams or you can do nothing and be resigned to a life of mediocrity. Expect the best of yourself do the best, work hard and make yourself proud. You are capable of amazing things. So let not the conditioning of the world make you a conformist, be a dream chaser and chase your dreams.

I  challenge you to raise your standards to a whole new level for the next days before the New Year starts. Focus on your priorities. Focus on your goals. Focus on the plans to achieve your goals. And get up and take action every single day. Grow more and learn more of the right things in the next days. And persevere until you succeed. Don’t ever give up. Get on a new path of success. It’s time to know better, do better, and live the life that you know you can live. If others have done it so can you, so go boldly into your fears and live the life that you have imagined

A bad belief destroys our confidence  and  breaks  us to become hopeless and all our belief systems trodden down. I have been brought with beliefs just like you and everyone else on planet earth. These beliefs are taught to us as young children by our parents or throughout school. As we grew older, we decided to believe in something else, or strongly believe in what you were taught. I was talking to a close very close friend of mine, she went on to say, “Herbert my confidence is priceless and it’s the way I was brought up.” She is one of the sweetest person a man would enjoy being around she has great aroma and feels she can do or accomplish anything. Truly her confidence is priceless. I come across many people in my travels and interactions who strongly believe their lives don’t matter and they can’t do anything at all.

Regardless of what you believe and I believe, these beliefs will accelerate your mindset to achieve more success and growth in your life.

Take your pick this is a reality you are either bad at things simply because of your beliefs or your either great at something due to some belief systems engraved in you.  I only would write this because these beliefs are what got me and other people results. Just see what you think of the beliefs, and see if you can agree. I urge you to address your belief systems if you want to succeed in life and to make it to the top. But if you want to remain average, low down person living hopeless and dejected then this article ain`t for you.

Poor people believe “Life happens to me.” while rich people believe “I create my life.”

If you ask most people why they haven’t achieved success, some of the most common responses include the economy, the government, taxes are too high, poor upbringing or parenting, un-supportive family or friends, no time, no money, no opportunity, lack of skills or education, an unfair boss, etc…

ALL the excuses that you could possibly think of are your reasons for staying where you are comfortable. Although this could not be true, all these excuses could possibly play a factor into how your life goes by less than 5%, but the other 95% of your life remains on the actions and choices you make.

The person you are today is a certain character. You are a certain person. That person’s character is made from your habits, your habits are made from your actions, your actions are made from your words, and your words are made from your thoughts. Whatever you choose to think and believe will dictate most of the results in your life. So choose wisely and remember this, you certainly don’t control where you were born, but you can control where you end up.

  1. Believe that you create your life and future.
  1. Figure out what you most want in life, write it down and make a plan to get it.
  1. Improve yourself every day to increase the chances of accomplishing your dreams.
  1. You aren’t in competition with anyone but just living your passion and doing the best with the rich potential in you.

Poor people play the money game to lose (even if they think they are playing to win it) while rich people play the money game to win.

Poor people use their time and energy on trying to get jobs, pay the bills, be comfortable, and to save money.

It is not that poor people want to choose to take a job, but it is that they’re not influenced or given the belief that a business or entrepreneurial take on life would make their lifestyle more free and luxurious (they don’t know the other side).

Rich people use their time and energy on trying to build businesses, cash flow assets, and build other forms of assets that pay them income even when they’re not around (passive income).

The difference between the poor  beliefs  and rich beliefs  shown  below:

POOR BELIEFS

  1. Job
  2. 8-5 working
  3. Degree
  4. Save
  5. Debt

  1. Business
  2. entrepreneur
  3. Financial     Education
  4. Invest
  5.    Leverage

Comparing the beliefs of the poor and the rich based on the corresponding lists is really sad and eye opening how we become and are shaped based on our beliefs. Sometimes opposite living is better. There is never a right or wrong here, but if you want a certain lifestyle… The decision to choose what you believe in makes a huge impact for your future.

  1. Get some form of financial education to leverage the money you are making now. Find ways to make passive income.
  1. Invest in yourself because that will pay the best dividends when you develop the right skills within yourself.
  1. Remember when you have your own business; you receive tax cuts because you are helping the government with one of their goals (giving people jobs).

Poor people just want to be rich, while rich people are committed to being rich.

The number 1 reason why most people don’t get what they want is that they don’t know what they want. If you are not fully committed to creating wealth, chances are you won’t.

Life Example: Marriage is a huge commitment. You can’t just choose someone you are interested in to marry!

You have to believe, know, and trust them to marry them. Marriage is a huge commitment! If you really wanted to be rich, then you would be committed to it like marriage. Understand that your beliefs systems matter so much because they in fact create your destiny.

Choose to believe what you want, but… Your desired lifestyle is what will determine what you should believe in. Choose wisely my good friend and don’t forget to take action on what you learn too. Learn, Implement, Adjust, and Grow and become the best that you can be.

The aspirations to live life on your terms and to live to your full capabilities is more noble than just confining yourself to a life of mediocrity doing the same things day after day and being a sheep for the rest of your life. Respect is given to those who are in the arena battling for their dreams and who are striving to live life at a higher standard.

Be bold, and be fearless and hunt down your goals, be the lion that never sleeps, be the hunter who does not rest until you catch the prey, be the one who makes it your mission to be of service in this world and leave a lasting impact of goodness for generations to come.

It is easy to be a critic who sits on the sidelines living life in a state of conformity confined to a timid existence because of your fears that have manifested in your imagination. Take a chance on yourself and find out what you love to do and get started on a new path, the path that resonates with who you truly want to be, do not just waste your life living a lie. It is easy to be average, it takes no effort to be like everyone else, it takes courage to be the person that you truly want to be. In a world that is trying to make you like everyone else have the audacity to be authentic and be the person that yearns to be brought forth from within. Listen to that still small voice within you that will lead you to your calling.

There is nothing worse than living a life that is well below your true potential because you did not make the time to develop yourself and invest in success. Personal development is crucial to success, as stated by Jim Rohn, “Income rarely exceeds personal development.” If you want to take your life to new heights you must develop yourself, as you will never rise to a new level by being the same. Invest in yourself; it is one of the best investments that you shall ever make.

Take a look around at the majority of people, they say they want success, they say they want more money, and they want to improve their situation, but they never seem to allocate time, money, and effort to those things that truly matter and will help move their life in a new direction. You need to study success, learn about financial freedom, and make changes in your daily life in order to see changes take place. Everyone wants more but they don’t do more of those things that make the difference. Don’t get stuck in a life of mediocrity doing what the mediocre people do on a daily basis, which is how you end up living a life of disappointment. Conformity is fatal; if you are not careful you will end up being average.

Those aspects that matter the most are not taught in school, such as success, discipline, time-management, financial freedom, goals, dreams, courage, fearlessness, grit, ambition, motivation, determination, drive and hunger to live life on your terms. You must make a determined effort to self-educate yourself, as your success is dependent upon you stepping it up to a new level, your success is your priority, no one else’s. You are the captain of the ship, you are at the helm, so take charge of your life today and take action so that you can rise above the crowd and go boldly to new terrain that seemed nothing but a distant mirage. Use your imagination to envision the life of your dreams and see yourself achieving your dreams within your minds eye, doing that will spur you on to take action, as everything is created twice, once in the mind and then in reality.

So waste no more time being among the crowd, the naysayers, the sheep, and the average folk who have resigned themselves to the life that they have stumbled into and don’t ever seem to want to do anything different but sit around complaining about their life. You have within you the strength, the power, the courage, the drive, and the potential to live a life of greatness. So rise up and take your life to wherever you want to go by going out into the world and doing all that you can truly do. No more of this mediocre living, be led by the possibilities of what could be and be driven to be the best you as you are more capable than you know. If people would just believe in themselves and take action they would accomplish amazing things that will astound them.

Here is my word of advice to you, get into the arena of life rather than just watching others living life on their terms, get up and fight for what you truly want. The time is always right to chase your dreams and be the person that you have always wanted to be. All the best in 2017 and may you continue to rise and soar into greatness.
